Do you really do the work in my driveway?+
Yes — driveway, office parking lot or apartment garage. Mo brings the tools, the parts and a clean mat. All you need is a flat, safe spot about the size of the car with a little room on each side.
What about Minnesota winters?+
Mo works year-round. On sub-zero or blizzard days he'll reschedule anything that can wait and still handle no-starts and batteries. A covered garage or parking ramp always helps.
Is there a trip fee?+
No trip fee within 25 miles of downtown Minneapolis. From 25 to 40 miles it's a flat $35. Further out? Text Mo — he'll often make it work.
How do I pay?+
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Venmo after the job is done. You get an itemized invoice with photos of the work.
Is the work guaranteed?+
Every repair carries a 12-month / 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty. If something Mo fixed isn't right, he comes back.
Can I supply my own parts?+
Sometimes. Mo is happy to install quality customer-supplied parts, but labor-only jobs aren't covered by the parts warranty.
